Plant Masters has been growing cut flowers out of Laytonsville for more than thirty-five years, now into its second generation of family growers. With five acres of cultivated land, four hoop houses, and a greenhouse, they keep locally grown blooms available across seasons , alongside bedding plants, herbs, hanging baskets, and houseplants. Look for them at farmers markets throughout the Washington metro area when you want flowers grown in Maryland soil rather than shipped from across the country.
